Delivery

Our goal is to dispatch all order items as quickly as possible. All orders are delivered via SF Express. The delivery times stated on the website are estimates only, and we cannot guarantee absolute punctuality, as third-party factors may cause delays.

All products purchased from our store are eligible for free shipping. Standard delivery typically takes 1–3 working days. In the event that orders cannot be processed as usual due to public holidays, we will post a notice on our website. Once your order has been confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email confirming your tracking details. You can also log in to your website account to check your order status. Occasionally, there may be system delays. If so, please wait patiently for the logistics company to update their system before checking your order again.

Returns Policy

Under our website returns policy, if you are not entirely satisfied with the goods you have received, you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt, with Tricker’s bearing no return shipping costs.
Before returning an item, please ensure that it meets the following conditions:

  • The product must be complete, with all tags, labels and related accessories (including any special packaging) intact. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items that show signs of wear or are not in their original condition.
  • We base our assessment on the actual condition of the goods received. We are not responsible for damage caused during return shipping.
  • When applying for a return and refund, please ensure that any free gifts are also returned in good condition. If such gifts cannot be returned, or are damaged or lost in transit due to the buyer’s reasons, we will deduct the value of the gift from the refund amount.
  • If a store coupon was used at the time of purchase, we will deduct the coupon amount from the transaction total before refunding the remaining balance.
  • The product must have been purchased from www.trickers.cn. Items bought from physical stores or authorised dealers cannot be returned through this channel.
  • Return shipping and packaging costs are to be borne by the buyer.

Please contact us to inform us of your return intention and send the item(s) back following the procedure described above. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the condition of the item(s). This usually takes 3–5 working days. If the item(s) are confirmed to meet the return conditions, the refund will be processed immediately, for the full amount, via the original payment method. Please ensure that all return parcels are sent using a traceable, insured courier, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will vary depending on your bank’s processing time.
